Since 2009, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) remains shedding in at worksites where H-1B staff is employed. These surprise workplace visits are individuals from the manager Site Visit and Verification Program (ASVVP) and conducted using the Fraud Recognition and National Security (FDNS) directorate within the USCIS.
